One of the very best things about my storefront is have visits from the many friendly faces of our neighborhood. To make it all even more exciting, those faces often arrive looking their best and ready to take the town in clothes that make them feel great.

Here's Dena with her lovely pups on her way to the Opera, looking especially wonderful- proving that summer clothes can be classy, comfortable and chic all at the same time.

Summer Scoop In Black | variations on a theme

I was happy to accommodate a request from MC's hairstylist Henry Graham when he inquired about a custom piece for himself. One of the most exciting and inspiring things the shop bring is feedback and suggestions from customers and friends of the label. When the fruits yielded are so lovely, I can't help but hop at the chance to try a new twist on something I have dreamed up.

Take a look at Henry in his new shirt. First these summer scoop-necks turned up in beige and teal....now there's one on the streets in black.

And Henry wears it so very well.

Let's not forget the strides either, friends.

Edeity | Alex

Celebrating the end of our recent heat wave, Alex popped by the studio to say hello and endorse the Edeity Knot that seems to be turning up more and more. Paired with his fantastic three-piece vintage suit and hat, Alex was looking sharp. This is a knot worth showcasing, and it seems that a variety of ties can do it justice...though this nice fat red satin is particularly handsome. From the conversations I have had with its wearers, mastering the knot is within reach.....so please don't be shy!
