Documenting the trials and musings of a young man wholly invested in the decorum of the world, the dress of its people, and why any of it matters in the first place. As fashions come and go, we hope the driving pulse stays the same. Realities change and confuse, while the soul holds the truth.

Have you seen the flick?
Yes yes! I saw it last night and it was fabulous. Most inspirational for me was the stage wardrobe of the boys, even more so than their performance.
while watching this film i pondered whether mick has a crazy-ass stylist or if he really jut likes sequins that much. i love sequins just as much as the next guy, but that was a lot of glitter on a small man.
i also pondered if christina aguilera knew she didn't have pants on.

Poor poor Christina needs some help. I wasnt impressed, and encourage trouser wearing.
As I understand it, Mick has stylists ...or at least people who are hired to compile and assemble his stage wardrobe. Years of refinement has a certain look in place for the guy...and I appreciate the fact that he still isnt afraid to camp it up; the sequins were inspiring, and the black feather jacket was like sculpture. So nice...
Keith modeled for louis vuitton. um...not sure how i feel about that. he doesn't strike me as a louis v kind of guy. apparently they both enjoy making money to save the planet...who knew?
I was torn about Keith in the Vuitton add as well... but I had to think about it really carefully because I lust for Vuitton pumps and I listen to The Rolling Stones and why would I really feel like Keith doing a Vuitton add is bad when maybe it just isn't. But when I first saw it I said aloud in Borders, in true Wisconsin fashion, "Oh Geez."
