Something about the way I was drawing and the shape of the vest seemed to remind me of you. Also, I had the idea of making a vest with a shoulder narrow enough to showcase colorful or contrasting suspenders peeking out from beneath, which reminded me of the slender suspenders I once saw you wear and was so fond of.

ReplyDeleteI now have three pairs of slender suspenders-- two in a lovely pattern. I'll try to share when things quieten down a little.
