Tieing the Knot

The beautiful blue-green brocade crafted into neckties for the wedding party, with little ring bearer's on the left in miniature. Photos of the guys wearing them are forthcoming.

It would seem to me a necktie would be terribly difficult to make. True?

Mr. C: Yes, you're right. My first go at making a necktie years ago was a flacid droopy red satin disaster that looked something like a sadly detatched rooster's comb. In hindsight, it is hilarious. I have since learned a few tricks which make the bias arrangements and handstitching much more managable. I also have tricks with interfacings that can help determine the size of the knot achieved when tied.
